Shipping Locations
We are based in Winterswijk, The Netherlands, and proudly ship worldwide.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We aim to process orders within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control but we will do our best to get your shipment delivered. By partnering with our fulfillment centre, we’re able to provide faster processing and more affordable shipping rates for our customers.

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: €5

  • Europe: €7

  • Outside Europe: €15

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment details.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 5 business days

  • Europe: 10 business days

  • Outside Europe: 15 business days

Order Tracking
All shipments include tracking and insurance. A Track & Trace number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

Handling Delays and Issues
If shipping delays occur, we kindly ask for your patience while we resolve the issue. Should your order be delayed, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with our fulfilment centre. If your package is lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

If your product arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Shipping Restrictions
We offer global shipping with no restrictions on delivery locations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.
