Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@besa-bese.com.

The possibility of returning items is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items in the same condition as received are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned. This includes perishable items such as car odors. We also do not accept returns of hygienic or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To process your return, we require a purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable):

  • Products that have been clearly used
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts, not due to our error
  • Items not returned within 30 days of delivery

Refunds (if applicable): Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sale items (if applicable): Sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

If you are shipping an item over €35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
