Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, submit a request through our Return & Refund Form as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygienic or sanitary products where the seal has been broken

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please submit a request through our Return & Refund Form. Once approved, we will provide further instructions.


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify for cancellation under this right, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and proof of purchase provided.

This statutory right applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy where applicable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

After shipping your return, please provide us with your tracking number. This helps us identify and process your return more quickly.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is the result of:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item sent by us

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

After shipping your return, you must provide us with a valid tracking number.

We require all returns to be sent using a trackable shipping service so that the shipment can be monitored and identified upon arrival.

Returns sent without tracking information may result in delays during processing, and we may be unable to locate or verify the returned item.

Please keep your proof of shipment and tracking information until your return has been received and processed by our team.
